Floor Cleaning and Maintenance - Our national network of qualified specialist deliver quality, professional and respectful service throughout the year. Our affiliates use propane, battery and electric powered equipment to meet the needs of your facility. 

Why propane? Unless your floors are maintained daily the use of a propane machine is needed. Here is why.  Battery and or electric machines run at around 1000-1600 rpm.  A propane powered burnisher can run upwards of 2800-3800 rpm.  They spin faster, polish more, and bring out the luster of your floor quicker!  If you have had technicians that have provided you with battery and/or electric operated burnishers and you have noticed the floors still look dull tell them you want them to burnish it with propane next time. You will instantly notice a difference!

Restroom Sanitation- Proper sanitation is important. Regular cleaning also allows for prompt discovery of potential issues, such as writing on the walls, broken equipment including leaky pipes or toilets, water leaks, etc which if not detected soon enough may cause you to incur significant charges on utility bills, have to replace the flooring or worse!
